Industry participants from Australian states and territories interested in providing goods and services to the Alliance are encouraged to register their interest on the Antarctic Infrastructure Renewal Program (AIRP) industry participation register. The AIRP is providing this as an opportunity to connect local (Tasmanian or national) businesses with the Alliance, as well as those who provide specialist expertise in working or operating services in cold climates.

A copy of the register will be provided to the potential delivery partners (the Proponents) at regular intervals during the course of the Request for Proposal (RFP) Phase of the procurement process, which is from 16 January 2023 to 31 May 2023 inclusive.

By submitting the following registration form, you also acknowledge that:

  • Neither the Australian Government nor the Alliance are under any obligation to contact you further in respect of the AIRP, or facilitate or arrange any personal introductions for you or your members of your organisation with the Alliance.
  • Registration should not be taken in any way as an endorsement of your business or services by the Australian Government.
  • Registration of your interest does not guarantee any future work on AIRP.
  • The Australian Government does not intend to create any contractual or other relationship with you, and does not owe you any duty of care in respect to the conduct of the procurement process.

If, at any time, you wish to have your registration removed from the register prior to its release to the Proponents, please email airp-tender@aad.gov.au

If you are a current supplier to the Australian Government, you may be bound by confidentiality and conflict of interest obligations in your existing contractual arrangements. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with these existing obligations if you are approached by either ACH Alliance or Aurora Alliance. Please keep this in mind in particular if you are currently contracted to the Australian Antarctic Division (including as a subcontractor) and engaging with either Proponent.

If you have any queries about the AIRP procurement process or any concerns about your engagement with the Proponents, please email the AIRP Contact Officer at airp-tender@aad.gov.au
