Stay has been busy this week, collecting money for charity over the weekend, as part of the "Million Paws walk". She headed off from the mess, then trotted down to Landing Beach and back again with several Macca expos in tow.
Stay - the AAD's expeditioner mascot and multi skilled golden Labrador - not only helps raise funds for charity, but she also wears many other hats, such as being No. 1 skipper in the IRB and trainee fire fighter, although she has some stiff competition from the local Gentoo fire team.... who have mustering at the green store down pat.
It's not all work for Stay down at Macca though, she does like relaxing in the bar having a 'nip' or two, playing music and enjoys nothing more than a salubrious bone.
Where would we be without Stay? Very obedient - can sit as well as stay.......stay behind...... stay up late....
Easily though, her number one talent has to be as a fund raiser for worthy causes, so lets all suppawt her in her quest.
