Mangoes and Mud Crabs

Coming all the way down here definitely makes you appreciate the delicacies of back home.

For me, coming from Cairns the two that I miss the most would definitely have to be mangoes and mud crabs. Two of the best foods on this planet if you ask me.

There’s just nothing else that compares anything to home like fresh mangoes!

As for mud crabs, they are most definitely my favourite.

Chilli mud crab is a favourite back home with the family; a few cold beers and always more than enough muddies for everyone to get their fill, even though there’s never any leftover!

And here is a picture of Zeus, he is one of the applicants for the coming season. I reckon he is in with a good chance!
