The Australian Government Antarctic Division is offering a wide range of working opportunities for highly competent men and women at its stations in Antarctica and on MacquarieIsland for 2008.
We are looking for:
- Station Leaders
- Doctors
- Chefs
- Trades people (building supervisors, engineering supervisors, electricians, instrument electricians, carpenters, mechanics, plumbers, plant inspectors, plant operators)
- Telecommunications (supervisors, technical officers, operators)
These positions are required to support Australia’s science programme in Antarctica and are important in the smooth operation of our stations — Casey, Davis, Mawson and Macquarie Island.
