- Reimbursement of expenses - Travel expenses. Prior to your first pay, you will need to fill in a request for Request for Payment form PDF and a Payee Details form PDF. Once you are have received your first pay, you will need to complete your own reimbursements for travel into the AAD’s finance system in expense8 . Please email Expeditioner Services for flight comparisons prior to entering into the system as the AAD will only reimburse up to an expense cap.
