Maxwell Dietrich has given outstanding service as Foreman in his two tours of Antarctica. He displayed outstanding leadership of his trades team and also provided excellent work as the station’s official photographer. He imitated the building of a new field hut at Rumdoodle (the previous one had blown over) and completed much of this work in the evenings.
