Comments

We arrived at Macquarie Island just on dark last night. The station was very pleased to hear from us. After saying hello we proceeded to slowly cruise up and down the island until first light. All on board got some much needed sleep with the gentle rolling of the ship. This morning we discharged the Inflatable Rubber Boat (IRB), Lighter Amphibious Resupply Craft (LARC) and some priority passengers such as Watercraft Operators, Refueller, Flick the dog and Handler. Some priority cargo has also been discharged. Hopefully later this afternoon we will transfer the rest of the passengers ashore. A productive start to the Macquarie Island resupply.
REGARDS: Martin and Mark
