Cargo is broken down into different types or categories for regulatory reporting purposes.
Cargo consignors are obligated to correctly and accurately describe the goods (cargo) that are sent and packed for on forwarding to the AAD for the AAP.
Any cargo items containing Dangerous Goods (DGs) must be declared. Cargo containing DGs must be consigned separately, and packed separately, to cargo that does not contain DGs.
