Cargo operations are well underway, with a significant proportion of the Davis bound cargo discharged and the beginnings of loading the Return to Australia (RTA) cargo. All this in spite of the strong winds and reduced visibility that paused operations for a time yesterday. Today the winds have persisted, making for uncomfortable conditions for those out loading and unloading cargo. It's been a reasonably unforgiving introduction to those who are "Down South" for the first time. If operational outcomes are anything to go by, all are doing a good job of stiffening their collars, leaning into the wind and getting on with things.
