Comments
Today was all about refuelling and the winds finally eased before mid-day to permit the final set up to commence. The operational aspect of refuelling is multifaceted and includes training, manning, watercraft operations, mechanical and so forth. It is orchestrated by a very talented refuelling supervisor using teams from Station, Nuyina and embarked expeditioners.
Refuelling is one of the most critical services that a voyage can provide to a Station and the delivery of fuel has commenced.
Regards, Chris & Andrew
