Comments

Some mums would have enjoyed breakfast in bed and a lazy Sunday back home in Australia this Mother's Day, not here though! It was time to get started with cargo operations and with classic Macquarie Island weather of wind and rain it was a measured start to proceedings. All in all, we managed 35 helicopter flights before switching to LARCs and only squeezed in a single run each from two LARCs before we ran out of sunlight on a successful day one of cargo. Importantly, from all of us here onboard Nuyina to our families back home, Happy Mother's Day!
