Comments

Today finds us finally running out the fuel hose, and as I type, the barge is carefully manoeuvring out from the Casey shoreline between Nicholson Island and Budnick hill, unwinding the hose reel as it goes.

The weather forecast at 6:00am has extended the low wind period out to Tuesday and we appear to have had the weather window for which we were hoping, presented to us on a plate.

The weather appears to be smiling at us - but it's not doing that out of the goodness of its heart (because we know it doesn't have one). We will be responsive to the opportunity that has been presented to us and equally, be wary that it could be snatched away at any time.
