Rest day for the station today so resupply was temporarily put on hold.
On the ship we conducted some deck operations moving cargo to pre-position for tomorrow's resumption of operations.
Some of us managed to get ashore this morning for a brief look over the station. Macquarie Island really is a unique place, it's hard to describe to those who have never been. Fortunately, and in other ways unfortunately – very few people will get to experience this island.
All is well with the ship, the crew and its passengers.
