We are making good speed to Fremantle. We are currently doing 15.2 knots which has allowed us to keep ahead of the low that is following us. The following seas help push us toward Western Australia and with not a lot of swell we are quite comfortably moving towards an arrival later in the week.
This morning our Deputy Voyage Leader organised a gym session. Aside from the crew there are only eleven of us and he has managed to recruit over one third which is an impressive effort. They rotated through a number of different exercises: treadmill, pull downs, weights etc. I went to the gym to provide some inspirational, non-choreographed dance moves and when one of the participants opened the door I thought that was my cue to depart and leave them to it. Well done to all of the participants.
Cheers
