Last night the Happy Diamond moored in Horseshoe Harbour after the Aiviq vacated. It was beautiful coming in with the Captain manouevring the ship into position. A workboat was used to carry the mooring lines ashore one by one in a specific order. The lines were then handed to the shore mooring teams to put over the bollards. 8 mooring lines were put in place and with some adjustments we were all fast before 10pm.
We woke this morning to a lovely sunny day, it is cold but sunny. We had our daily morning coordination meeting and after confirming the plan for the day we commenced cargo operations.
Cheers
