An unremarkable day on AIVIQ today. The ship has been moving around considerably more than previous days seas at 4-5m. The larger seas have resulted in a slightly slower average speed but this will not impact our arrival time in Hobart.
The weather was quite miserable outside this morning with 60knot winds and rain. This is now contrasted with 10-15 knots winds and a blue sunny skies. Despite the sun appearing recently, the temperature outside is still a frosty zero degrees so most of the team are electing to remain in doors.
