Comments

We crossed the 60th parallel and into Antarctic waters more than four days ago, and thought that perhaps our transit had gone unnoticed. It had not. Out of the cold, dark depths of the Southern Ocean, King Neptune appeared, demanding that those who crossed into these waters for the first time, pay humble and due honor for their passage. After much pleading and appeasement, the King's demands met, and we were granted permission to continue our transit through this icy southern realm.
