Comments

Between snow showers and cloud, smatterings of icebergs have become a regular sight. Thoughts turn to our arrival at Davis, with planning meetings and briefings gaining momentum. After nearly two weeks of finding ways to pass the time, there is now a sense of renewed energy and focus around the corridors of the AIVIQ. While every season, the AAD resupplies it's Antarctic and sub-Antarctic stations, no two resupplies are ever the same. Weeks (and months) of planning and preparation go into ensuring that the resupply operations run smoothly and efficiently, not withstanding the "A" factor, which sometimes have different ideas.
