Comments

Its been great to see such a wonderful place as Macquarie Island, but our job here is done. The summer Macca team is now in place and several of the winters are onboard looking forward to catching up with friends, families, partners and all loved ones in a few days.

We have had the pleasure to watch elephant seals spar on the beach, albatrosses soar by the ship, humpbacks slowly cruising and penguins playing alongside. Where else does someone see such sights in one day.

Very best to the Macca team for a great summer, it was a pleasure bringing you to your summer home. Also, great effort by the team onboard AIVIQ and at Station for making such a successful and safe operation.

REGARDS:
Christine & Jacob
