Will this be our last day at Davis? Only time will tell, we still have a bit of RTA cargo to receive but after yesterday's successful roll-on/roll-off complex cargo we can see the finish line. For the crew of the Happy Dragon this was a good chance to get ashore onto solid ground for only the third time in months for a quick stretch of the legs on the beach, the local elephant seals were happy to entertain with their antics and smells. The weather has been perfect, almost no wind and calm seas has enabled a smooth and safe resupply. Thanks to our efficient DVL, Jacob, and the resupply Coordinator Lee along with the rest of Dani and her team on station. By this time tomorrow we should be sailing north on our way home to Hobart.
REGARDS: Dave & Jacob
