Comments

With our preparations completed the next stage of refuelling operations has begun. The hose was successfully deployed over the ice this morning, with small sleds utilised to ensure a smooth crossing and pumping commenced. We can now relax our shoulders (but not too much!) as we settle into the pumping and monitoring phase. The weather is calm, the local adelie penguins are amusing as ever, and the crew are in good spirits.
