The seas provided a sporty evening last night, requiring some solid bracing to stay in our beds. With a small alternation of the ships of course, slightly more to the south, the rolling has become more of a pitch. Even with this burly pitching of the ship, the kitchen staff prepared, to absolute perfection, a most delicious beef rump steak for our lunch today. "Why would we need a fancy restaurant when we can "cruise" the Southern Ocean on the Happy Dragon?" We are being incredibly well fed and all expeditioners on board have maintained healthy appetites despite the movement of the ship.
Discussions today focused largely on what cargo operations might look like when we arrive at Casey. We have one very large, very yellow present on board that we hope to be able to deliver in time for Christmas.
REGARDS: Anthea and Misty.
