At the start of the day the seas were still a nice gentle roll. By mid morning that gentle roll had increased and made travelling uncomfortable. We did have productive discussions with the crew on refuelling operations at Macquarie Island and another later in the day for all AAD personnel involved in refuelling operations. We also did the passenger transfer briefing for all going ashore.
Conditions permitting we should arrive at Macquarie Island between 1100hrs and 1200hrs tomorrow with weather forecasts looking good for operations to commence in the afternoon.
