Comments

Today we are making good progress on a mild swell of 3 metres. Having engaged the ship's three engines to bring us ahead of several forecast weather fronts, we hope to skirt swells that would otherwise reduce our speed.

Our team of expeditioners are finding their sea-legs, though a few are still adjusting to the still mild pitch and roll of the vessel. 'Deck of Cards' physical training sessions are being run daily by expeditioners on the outer decks of the vessel and the 'social' calendar aboard now includes an 'ice-berg' sweep whereby participants can, for a small sum, nominate their best guess date and time at which the first ice berg will be sighted by the vessel. Briefings will be held this evening regarding updates to our ship-board COVID-19 protocols as well as facilities and processes aboard the ship. These continue to evolve as our familiarity with the ship develops.

Regards,

James, Jenn and Andy
