The day dawned here at the Riviera to find the sun once more mercilessly beating down upon us. Actually" dawned" is probably the wrong word since the sun didn't really go down last night but you get the idea... I must say that a few of us are thoroughly fed up with this non-stop stream of good weather we've been having because "no wind = no rest" from resupply activities. The maximum wind measured at the ship during the visit has been 20 knots and for the last 3 days we haven't exceeded 15 knots. Mind you it's still a bit chilly out there in the shade at -10 degrees right now and an overnight minimum of -15 is predicted.
The lower holds were filled yesterday and the floorboards were put back down this morning. We are now filling up the tweens with all sort of odds and sods. With two JCB loaders and a ute down there it looks like a second hand car yard. Buyer Beware: These vehicles look like they done a few more miles than the odometers would suggest.
