Comments
We departed in good time yesterday morning at around 1130 and we are now heading south for Macquarie Island.
Macquarie Island (commonly known as Macca) resupply trips are pretty busy affairs, with all the planning and briefings usually spread over the sail south and ice transit to a continental station compressed into three short days.
So far we have ticked all the environmental briefings, watercraft passenger transfer briefings, and the cargo and bunker door operations briefings. We'll get into refuelling tomorrow.
Cheers
Andy, Justin and Aron
