REMARKS
At sea on the way home. All very quiet on the ship with people resting after a busy few days. Last night passengers came aboard at 1800 for dinner and we departed at 2000 in perfect windless conditions, accompanied by 2 groups of orcas and the evening silhouette of Macquarie Island.
Crew were ecstatic at the opportunity for a shore visit at Sandy Bay yesterday whilst Larcs were delivering Tasmanian Parks & Wildlife Services cargo. We had a brief taste of the magnificence of this World heritage site- thriving with Seals King, and Royal Penguins under a cloudless sky.
Cheers, Don and Helen
