Another busy day here at Macca despite a fairly constant 30kts of breeze on the water and more up on the plateau. The station,LARC and ship crew did a huge day moving cargo to and from the ship all day with both ingoing and returning cargo. Down the island while the science field teams worked across the whole area the helicopter and ground support teams resupplied more huts and completed installation of three new radio repeaters on three mountain tops, all of which are now operational. It's been interesting watching the sets of South East swell roll in to landing beach here as the LARC crews time their departure from beach to water!
Cheers,
