Comments

It is hard work moving around the ship today. We are in heavy seas. They are 7 metres and it is like being in the spin cycle of a washing machine. It is the heaviest sea conditions we have been through on this voyage so my sitrep will be short as it is difficult to remain seated at my computer for long. Waves are crashing over the bridge and my cabin window – it is great to watch unless you are a little under the weather – then you just want it to stop.

Today my thoughts are with those commemorating the 50th Anniversary of Tasmania's 1967 bushfires.

Cheers
Leanne, Simon and Amy
