Comments

We are making excellent progress. Overnight we passed 160nm south of Heard Island and we are currently passing over the Kerguelen Plateau just to the north of where we were conducting marine science just a few weeks ago. It is uncharacteristically sunny for this part of the world.

Clocks go forward 1 hour tonight providing hard evidence that we are, in the words of that late 20th century philosopher, Simon le Bon, returning to the ordinary world.
