Many were laid low by the rough conditions yesterday. The swell was on the beam and the ship was rolling around a lot, including some 40 degree rolls. The ship's master sought to steer a kinder path to minimise the worst of the conditions, taking us slightly off track for a few hours.
Conditions eased overnight and we were back on a direct course to Hobart before long. This morning most folk are up and about and feeling much better.
Cheers,
Andy, Vic and Eloise
