Comments

Yesterday's highlights included engine room tours and iceberg spotting during a mild and sunny afternoon. Some were lucky enough to see a pod of Orcas (killer whales) swim by close to the ship, but you had to be quick. Despite running up five flights of stairs from the gym to the bridge the gym junkies missed out!

Eight out of nine CSIRO Argos have now been deployed and briefings have continued on watercraft operations for expeditioners and crew, refueling and environmental requirements.

Excitement is building among many on board as we anticipate nearing the ice!

Cheers,

Andy, Vic and Eloise
