Comments

Last night the ship was covered in a light dusting of snow. This brought the kid out in people with snow ball fights and even a few snow angels were created. There was also excitement at a green aurora with flashes of pink popping through the clouds. It stayed around for about an hour and hovered directly over the ship for a time.

Light sooty albatross have been gracefully flying around the ship in formation with their partners. It is incredible to see them flying as if in a synchronised dance. We are still waiting for the first sighting of snow petrels and there has still not been any visible icebergs.

Cheers Leanne and Mick
