Comments

Cargo flowed all day yesterday, with the first two loads of RTA (Return To Australia) now onboard. We estimate about 90% of the cargo has now been delivered to Mawson.

Contingency equipment for the potential fly off resupply operation has been re-stowed out of the way as it will now not be required.

We managed to get two boat loads of expeditioners ashore before the winds increased beyond our capacity to operate. The break in boat operations was not wasted, and ship and shore teams are set up and briefed for the heavy lift of a D7 bulldozer, once the winds die down.

The refuel team on the ship and ashore have completed their briefings and set up and all that remains is to tow the fuel line ashore and leak test it before we can begin pumping.

We are now poised, ready to leap into action once the winds are in our favour!

Cheers,

Andy and Simon
