Cargo operations continued yesterday afternoon and this morning. By 1400 yesterday all cargo had been discharged from the ship. Since then we have been back loading cargo to be returned to Australia.
This morning we had hoped to deploy the fuel hose and commence refuelling however strong winds forecasted around noon forced us to delay the deployment for review at 1300 today. We are hopeful that we can deploy this afternoon and commence pumping of fuel.
Weather has played a big part in this resupply we have had great support from Gabriel, Michelle and Kerri the bureau of meteorology forecasters at Casey. All the resupply teams really appreciate it, without them we cannot safely plan our work, thanks guys.
Cheers Tony & Lloyd
