Comments

New Years Day started with a rush and the cargo has been coming on quickly as was hoped. The end result is that we are about four loads away from weighing anchor and getting underway for Hobart, some 1941 Nautical Miles away. At the moment the weather for the passage is looking OK, so we are looking forward to getting out on the Southern Ocean and home. It is too early to call a reliable ETA – we usually confirm the details about 72 hours out.

The last of the returning expeditioners arrived onboard this morning and we have sent our remaining Casey summerer ashore. All is set for the passage home,

Regards

Chris, Leanne, and the V2 Team
