Comments

The run of good weather continues and will allow us to finish up a busy resupply period and set sail for Hobart tomorrow.

The uni-floats (the clip together barge pontoons) and Aurora Australis II workboat that is used to push them around have done yeoman service and has helped to speed up the backload process. They will be broken up and hoisted aboard this evening. The ship’s main hold is now full and we will shortly be starting on the deck cargo, which should see us finished sometime tomorrow afternoon.

New Years Eve celebrations have been postponed, and we will celebrate tomorrow night with a BBQ on the trawl deck. Happy New Year everone!

Regards Chris, Leanne, and the V2 Team
