Comments

Normal sailing the last 24 hours.

The special occasion went ahead yesterday evening as planned, with the catering crew serving a selection of gourmet pizzas, pasta and garlic bread. The usual selection of excellent desserts were also on offer.

Aurora advanced clocks by one hour yesterday evening so the ship now shares the same time zone as Casey Station.

At current speeds and
with ice conditions in the bay at Casey appearing favourable, Aurora expects to arrive within a few kilometres of the station early tomorrow morning in preparation for cargo and personnel transfer operations commencing.

Cheers

Andy, Leanne and Mark
