Comments

Normal sailing the past 24hrs, sea and weather conditions have improved markedly since late yesterday evening, with the ship now travelling comfortably due to the greatly reduced rolling & pitching effects, permitting Aurora to maintain a cruising speed of around 10
- 12 knots.

Rough conditions yesterday evening prevented the retrieval of the third Continuous Plankton Recorder, which was hauled in at 8am local
(Ship) time this morning and replaced.

Aurora will again retard clocks by a further hour this evening as we draw nearer to Davis Station.

Cheers

Andy, Leanne and Mark
