Comments

It is feeling a little more polar each day, as the days get longer and the air and sea get colder. Overnight we have completed another 3 deep CTDs, two “furfy” (the Fast Repetition Rate Fluorometer) deployments, and a net tow. Our remarkable run with the weather continues, contributing to our good progress. The weather is on everyone’s mind, though, as we follow the devastating news from Queensland. Our thoughts are with all those who have been affected and are beginning the long and difficult period of clean-up and recovery.

REGARDS: Steve, Fred and Penny
