Yesterday was another day at sea with rough conditions, but the following sea made the day a little more comfortable. This morning we passed the western side of Campbell Island, one of New Zealand's sub-Antarctic Islands, which was mainly covered in fog but made for spectacular viewing with some of the headlands and surrounding island being visible. Our proximity to Campbell Island allowed for the 46th species of seabird to be recorded, which was a brown skua and Paul S rejoiced.
