Comments

Ferocious seas continued yesterday afternoon and into the evening, resulting
in a quiet night on board the RSV Aurora Australis. With improved conditions
this morning, yesterdays 'AWOL' travellers reappeared in the mess with
renewed appetites and vigour.

An atmosphere of fulfilment remains amongst all on board as a result of the
combined teamwork and commitment that allowed the initiation of the baiting
phase of the globally significant Macquarie Island Pest Eradication Project
and for providing the opportunity for Macca to enter Tasmania's Tidy Towns
competition!

Cheers
