Comments

Moderating weather conditions and decreasing sea ice has allowed us to increase speed and cover a much greater distance than we did in the preceding 24 hrs.
Underway pigment sampling resumed yesterday thanks to our dedicated volunteers; Tyrone Blyth, Will Tankard and Chris Hill. The Continuous Plankton Recorder is currently being prepared by Margaret Lindsay for deployment this evening. Weekly safety rounds were conducted by AA crew and voyage management this morning.
