Comments

Winds reached 60kts early this morning which when combined with dark and zero visibility slowed us down a fair bit overnight. Conditions have improved but it's still unpleasant outside. As a result the obligatory muster (we have a legal requirement to muster within 24hr of sailing) was held in the mess. Today was a fairly slow day for most who are catching up on sleep after the busy two days at Davis. There was a last minute rush of voting in the Tasmanian elections for all the folks from Davis who had not voted earlier. All up 28 Tasmanians voted from the ship. We are currently cruising alongside an iceberg that used to be 50nm long, but in the last 12 months has broken into a 20 and 30nm section).

Apologies to Krystyna's mum for the late SITREP!
