Comments

Cargo operations and passenger transfers completed in good time yesterday. Pretty much everyone took the opportunity to accept the hospitality of Davis Station, and venture ashore for a look around, and/or a catch up. We’re about to weigh anchor, having loaded our last remaining passengers this afternoon (early morning Davis time: we haven’t changed our clocks. People joining the ship have lost 6 hours!), and will initially be heading north on our run back to Hobart, remaining west of the ice that we transited on our way in.

Regards, Doug and Penny (the new DVL!)
