Comments

More “tea-bagging” yesterday, followed this morning by a very successful (and final) beam trawl, which will keep the bios sorting in the wet lab most of the afternoon. As for the marine science program: that’s it! All done. We’re now on our way to Davis, and have a decision to make in the next couple of hours, as to which way we go to get there. Both have merits and drawbacks, and we’re just awaiting a final weather forecast before taking the plunge. There’s a sense of relief onboard to be Davis-bound, and we’re having a belated new years eve celebration combined with the successful completion of the marine science component of the voyage tonight to celebrate.

Regards, Doug, Aaron & Margaret
