Comments

The ship has been abuzz with briefings and getting plans and schedules in place for resupply activities. In addition to this, much planning and discussion has been had in preparation for the Sea Ice project. We are currently waiting for the cloud to lift to enable helicopter operations and the commencement of the Sea Ice Laser Survey. Meanwhile, we keep pushing through bands of first year ice amidst patches of open water. Everyone is enjoying the stable conditions, and expeditioners are making the most of the many photo opportunities as excitement builds for our arrival at Davis station.

Regards,
Karin, Sharon & Adam
