Comments
Arrived at Davis ~ 1530 hrs, 8/3. Pre arrival briefings held with Station Leader and Helicopter crews. All planned first day cargo operations and passenger transfers completed, with all project personnel deployed ashore and into the field. Very pleasing start to operations. Second day saw operations continue reasonably smoothly. Weather has been favourable and we are hoping to depart the anchorage and commence our transit to Macquarie Island by mid afternoon. Other op's normal, all well. regards Pete & Karin
