Sensational day today for Cargo Ops and while the uniflote pontoons & AA2 workboat discharged the remaining 40' containers from Holds 1 & 2 the jet barges ripped into backloading RTA making short work of the 20' containers, 1/2 heights and has now moved onto the 1/4 heights to fill the lowers port side # 2. Refueling will recommence tomorrow with the deployment of the fuel line followed by an air pressure test for leaks and then pumping will commence much to the happiness of all not just here at Casey & Mawson but also Kingston. It will be a "soft" start to cargo ops tomorrow due to the number of people required to both set up and monitor the fuel line for the duration of the operation whom will be unavailable for cargo ops. We do hope to trickle the remaining cargo and backload more of the containerised RTA cargo during the course of the day and will have by close of business tomorrow afternoon completely discharged all of the Casey & Wilkins cargo. Cheers, Micky & Deepy
