Discharge and back-loading of RTA into Lower No. 2 hold was completed by 1800 last night. Loading into the tween decks was completed by 0900 this morning and half and quarter heights are now all stowed on the hatch covers. Everyone onboard, and on station, has done an amazing job to have completed the resupply inside 3 days. Particular thanks must go to the Casey expeditioners who, despite the severe disruption to their season, have willingly helped on the cargo rosters and maintained their collective sense of humour. We couldn’t have done it without you guys – thankyou! All cargo and station ops stopped at 1100 to observe a minute silence for Remembrance Day. We are now making final preparations to depart at 1400 following the formal station handover at lunch time. Everyone onboard sends their best wishes to the new Davis station team for a terrific summer and year ahead, and we look forward to hearing some good stories from the winterers coming home with us. Regards Tony and John.
